Breathe and flow with me tonight people. 5:30 PM. Tonight’s practice will include a variety of powerful ways to regulate the nervous system through movement, breath, and somatic practices. We will also work on grounding, joint mobility, and fascial freedom. All levels. 733 West Grand Ave. Mancos.
We need to stay grounded and regulated so we can keep showing up, doing our best, and taking care of ourselves and each other.
