Have you moved your bones and muscles in all the ways it can possibly move?
Have you stretched into your existence?
Have you loaded your joints to build stability and strength?
Have you wiggle your hips to keep the water is flowing?
Have you connected with the parts of yourself that are holding onto sadness, anger, tension, and frustration, to move that energy and make space for something else?
How much have you breathed to the deepest capacity of your lungs?
How often have you given yourself the opportunity to truly rest in stillness and simply be?

Join me, Tuesdays to move, breathe, embody, stretch, strengthen, and connect with the inner wisdom of your body.
