Life update! my sweet little family & I are buying a house in Mancos & are moving in December 🤠📍

we are so excited to be in the mountains and surrounded by our fiends there.

AND, I will still be in my Farmington studio space seeing clients on SATURDAYS (mostly/only) for now.

Offering bodywork in Mancos to be determined at the moment 😌

something that has helped my nervous system, body, and spirit immensely as a mother is ...

✨ body oiling, also known as Abayangha; an ancient time old practice for self care from Ayurveda, Indias self healing science system, a daily self-massage practice ✨

the magic 🪄 that oil has in soothing and hydrating our body is amazing to experience.
& add on intentionally doing this either morning or evening-life changing.

to feel hydrated and calm through out nerves, is next level vitality and health.

I always recommend that my clients try this on themselves where they are experiencing sensations of pain or stiffness-with cocnut oil, olive oil, essential oils they are drawn to or, the best healing oil ever-castor oil 👌🏽
