Trista Rychlik has been a dedicated licensed massage therapist since 2005. She began her educational journey at Bismarck State College, earning her Associate of Science degree in 2004. She then pursued her passion for massage therapy at Williston State College, graduating in 2005. e Science from Concordia University in St. Trista has been an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 2004, demonstrating her ongoing dedication to the field. Trista's career has been marked by a series of significant milestones. She started at Advanced Massage Therapy (2005-2007) before transitioning to Aetna Health Insurance, where she worked until 2012 while offering massage services part-time to family and friends. From 2012 to 2017, she worked full-time at Glance Spa and Salon before taking the leap to establish her own practice. Her passion for massage therapy is driven by her belief in its benefits for wellness, whether for relaxation or therapeutic purposes. She enjoys helping individuals improve their overall quality of life. In addition to her massage therapy practice, Trista began teaching at the Spectrum School of Massage in 2023, nurturing the next generation of massage therapists. She is also a Taekwondo instructor, volunteering her time to teach classes two nights a week. Trista is a proud graduate of the North Dakota Women's Business Center's Women's Leadership Program (2019) and their Business Intensives Program (2023). Her busy schedule is balanced with a variety of hobbies, including running, walking, weight lifting, playing games, and spending time with family and friends. An avid martial artist, Trista practices Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Kumdo. She also cherishes moments with her beloved dog, George.
