After cortisone shots didn’t give K.R. lasting relief, working with Amy for PT was the game changer. They were able to return to the gym and get back to daily activities with less pain. We love helping our patients feel strong, confident, and back in control of their body again! 💪

Okay but WHY does everyone think Dr. Colyn is the quiet, shy, reserved one…

Meanwhile we walk in and he’s upside down on the new weight rack like he’s auditioning for Cirque du Soleil: Mandan Edition. 🎪😂

We bought a brand new rack for Physical Therapy and sports mechanics training to help patients get stronger, move better, and build power the right way…

And Dr. Colyn said,
“Cool cool cool… but have we tested it for Superhero Readiness?” 🦸‍♂️

The man looks calm.
He looks quiet.
He looks like he’s minding his own business.

But give him 10 minutes alone with new equipment and suddenly he’s hanging upside down pointing at us like,
“I HAVE THE HIGH GROUND.”

Moral of the story:
Never underestimate the “quiet” doctor.
They’re the wildest ones when you least expect it.

• Ongoing low back pain
• Core weakness or instability
• Pain with exercise or daily activities
• Urinary leakage or pelvic pressure/heaviness

When the pelvic floor isn’t functioning properly, other muscles overcompensate — and that’s when pain and other issues can present themselves.
