🎉 It's Tuesday and it's Cinco de Mayo! 🎉

A nice cool drink and some chips & salsa sound pretty good about now. 🌮🍹

If you’re celebrating, enjoy! However take a moment to be mindful about what’s in your glass. Alcoholic drinks can add up quicker than you think.

Before you raise a toast, check out the Alculator to see how much alcohol is really in your drink:

A little awareness goes a long way in keeping the celebration safe and enjoyable for everyone. 💛

🚭 Thinking about quitting? You’re not alone.

Nearly 7 out of 10 smokers say they want to quit and for good reason. Smoking harms nearly every organ in your body, including your heart. In fact, nearly one-third of heart disease deaths are linked to smoking and secondhand smoke. ❤️‍🩹

Many people consider switching to e-cigarettes or v**e pens to help them quit, but is va**ng really a safer alternative? 🤔 Can it actually help you quit for good?

💡 Before you make a decision, get the facts. Your health...and your family’s...is worth it.

☀️ Sunlight can be great for your health—helping your body produce vitamin D, supporting mood, and even playing a role in lowering blood pressure.

But while you’re enjoying those rays, don’t forget one important step: protecting your skin.

Simple sun safety habits can go a long way in reducing your risk of skin damage and skin cancer:
🔆Use sunscreen (SPF 15+ or higher, broad spectrum)
😎Wear protective clothing, hats, and sunglasses
🌳Seek shade during peak sun hours

Do you know how to protect your skin?
