Sheri was honored as one of just four Home Visitors of the Year by the Home Visiting Coalition, a recognition that speaks volumes about her impact on families and our communities.
With a career spanning education, early intervention, and leadership, Sheri has dedicated decades to supporting children and empowering parents. From her early work with Right Track screenings to her current role as Assistant Director for Region 8, she has worn many hatsâeducator, evaluator, trainer, and mentorâall with the same passion for helping families thrive.
Sheriâs commitment goes beyond professional excellence. She is trained in infant massage, holds an Early Childhood Leadership Certificate from UND, and continually finds ways to give back and uplift others.
Perhaps the most meaningful reflection of her work comes from the families she serves. Greta Schweitzer, who nominated Sheri, shared:
âI am a far more confident parent because of Sheriâs work with our family. She has taught us so much, and having supported all four of our children, she is uniquely able to remind us of strategies weâve used successfully across different stages and personalities. She consistently reassures us that we are capable, that we know our children and are doing the right things.â
