** Beat the Heat Tournament Reminder **

- theres been road construction around town. Please plan for any unexpected delays getting to the complex.

- All Managers please check in prior to your first game in the Tournament Shack prior to the lights coming on fields 5-8, Once the lights are on the fields we will take team check in under the canopy on the north fields.

- You need to report all pick up players prior to your first game. Must follow State pick up player classification guidelines.

- Turn in any one-time rosters, $25 plus completed roster on register play. Printed and signed.

-Purchase $60 DHRH wrist band or $40 Extra homerun card (good for one additional homerun per game) – OR PURCHASE BOTH. Proceeds go to Great Plains Food Bank.

You will have to provide the name and number of player for DHRH as this isn’t transferable once your first game has begun.
