💌 Tuesday Career Collective Reading

Alright, so this energy here is heavy, but it’s not hopeless.

We have the Five of Cups coming out twice, so right away this tells me a lot of people in the collective are deeply unhappy or disappointed with their current job, career path, or financial situation. There’s frustration here. Some of you feel let down by where you are compared to where you thought you’d be by now.

With the Eight of Pentacles reversed, this feels like burnout, lack of motivation, or not being paid what you’re worth. Some of you may be working paycheck to paycheck, or putting effort into something that’s just not giving back fairly. There’s a big question here about whether what you’re doing is actually sustainable long term.

Then we have the Three of Swords, which tells me there’s emotional pain tied to this.. stress, anxiety, heartbreak over career or money. For some, this could be job loss, financial strain, or feeling behind in life compared to others.

Now moving into the Wheel of Fortune reversed, The Tower reversed, Six of Wands reversed, & The World reversed, & oof, this is a period of delays. Progress feels blocked. Recognition feels withheld. Things are not moving the way you want them to, & that’s frustrating.

But here’s the important part, The Tower reversed tells me the worst has already happened. The collapse already occurred. What you’re in now is the rebuilding phase, even if it doesn’t feel like it yet. This is about accepting what didn’t work and releasing resistance to change.

The World reversed shows more stagnation, but it’s intentional. This pause is forcing you to rethink your next move, to really ask yourself if this career path can support you the way you need it to.

Then we get Five of Wands reversed, & this is the turning point. The chaos starts to settle. The struggle eases. This is the green light that things can improve… buuuut, only if you stop fighting the situation & start working with it.😅🙃

With The Hierophant, the message is to do the right thing, even if it’s uncomfortable. This may mean learning new skills, creating more structure, seeking stability, or choosing a path that’s more aligned long term instead of taking shortcuts.

For those currently in relationships, this reading starts with genuine joy!. Three of Cups shows friendship, shared laughter, emotional connection, & possibly supportive people around you. There is real love here.

However, Queen of Cups reversed brings emotional withdrawal or someone feeling shut down, overwhelmed, or not fully expressing what they’re feeling. The Moon reversed confirms that something is coming into the open, truths can’t be avoided or hidden anymore. What’s been under the surface is now visible.
