I’m still letting this sink in — being named one of 20 Under 40 feels surreal. I never imagined being recognized for simply doing the work I love.

The calls, facebook messages, and cards from patients has been overwhelming and deeply emotional. I never realized the impact I’ve had on so many lives until now — and that has been the greatest honor of all. Most touching are the stories shared by patients about moments in their lives I never knew about — times when our brief encounters meant more to them than I ever could have imagined.

Though I’m far from perfect, I strive every day to give my best — to my patients, my team, and our community. The road hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been incredibly meaningful every step of the way.

To my family, thank you for your endless support.
To my patients, thank you for trusting me with your health and wellness.
To my team at Medallus Medical, Medispa and Prime IV, this recognition belongs to all of you — your compassion and dedication make everything possible and I couldnt be here without all of you.

We are proud to announce that our very own Noelle Riehl, BSN, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, has been named one of the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber EDC’s 20 Under 40 honorees!
From a single Jamestown location with 7 employees, Noelle has guided our organization into 6 flourishing businesses across three communities — Fargo, Jamestown, and Mandan — supported by more than 50 dedicated staff. Together, Medallus Medical, Medallus Medispa, and PrimeIV Hydration continue to grow, with 3 new locations opening in Bismarck this winter as we expand our reach and service to the community.
Noelle’s vision has always been clear: to deliver fast, friendly, patient-centered care while building services that give back to the community. Her passion is not only seen in the way we care for patients, but also in the opportunities she has created for staff to grow, thrive, and make a difference.
This recognition reflects Noelle’s unwavering commitment to compassion, community health, and genuine relationships. We are grateful for her leadership and inspired by the way she continues to keep both patients and staff at the heart of everything we do.
