A few things about us…

We believe that your food is BOTH your comfort AND your medicine. Therefore, we prioritize quality over competition.

We may not be able to beat big box store prices every time (but do compare our Mock Better Batter price with Amazon sometime😉), but what we CAN do to heal your gut and elevate your baking results, WE WILL.

Why only organic and non-gmo ingredients?
🌸 Because sometimes you are allergic to the additives sprayed onto your crops and not just the crop itself. We support small town lifestyle and local farmers whenever we can. Let’s get back to producing just what we need, and can feasibly share, now. Let’s eat fresh, the way God intended it.

“Unifine Ground” means ‘super-fine ground’. Why use only super-fine ground flours?
🌼 Because anything less than a super-fine grind causes a crumbly or gritty texture in gluten-free products. Gluten free should be just as high a quality as any other baked goods!

And “Hand-Blended with Care”?
🌺 That just means you’re supporting a local family of three where a happy and content stay at home momma is probably holding baby while assembling your order. 💛

I’ve bagged up about 54 pounds of gluten-free flour varieties! Message us for a pick up time this week!

Each kind performs best in certain recipes, all listed below and on their tags.
I DO have a RICE-FREE option as well!
All varieties come in heat sealed bags weighing 3lbs each (about 10 cups packed) and include suggested recipes.

**Mock Cup 4 Cup has non-fat dry milk as an ingredient, so it is gluten-free but NOT dairy-free.**

Welcome to Three Seahs Flour Company!

We are an Allergen-Free Flour Consulting & Preparation Company.
That means, I do the dirty work of figuring out how to recreate your favorite floured goods while avoiding your sensitive ingredients. Then you reap the benefits!

How it works:
1. Send me your list of allergens + a list of the goods you would like to be able to make at home.
2. Pay the flat consulting price via Venmo or PayPal.
3. Receive your custom flour formula(s) + suggested recipes + all the extra tips and tricks you'll need to make safe home baking a breeze!
4. Blend your own custom flour and enjoy your favorite meals while healing your gut from home!

I am also happy to provide an additional educational consult, explaining the basics of flour sourcing and blending so you can be fully equipped should your sensitivities change down the road. Just mention it in your DM!

**I will be offering blend preparation services in the near future. Whereby you can order your custom blend, post-consult, straight from my home kitchen and bypass any hassle of making it yourself!**
