Holding my clients responsible and accountable at all times is the key to success, keeping them motivated through emails and facebook on a daily basis is very important too, going above and beyond for my clients is my primary mission...

Making sure my clients send in their meals everyday is very important to their success, writing down every workout and keeping a personal folder of what they do, and measurements and bodyfat percentage checks every 30 days allows the client to see their progressions these things are vital to one's success.
