Calves hurting while pregnant? Do some calf stretches! Calf stretches during pregnancy can help stretch tight, sore muscles not used to carry you and a baby. You can also have a partner lightly massage your calves with some magnesium cream/oil. Simply sit down with your leg straight and point your toes out (relaxed), then up (to stretch).

The glands produce oily secretions that protect your ni***es with antimicrobial properties. They smell like amniotic fluid when your baby is born to help guide them to the breast.
