It's been a while since I've introduced myself. I'm Elisa, owner of KyElle Charcuterie.
I was born and raised in Maine, where I met my husband Gary. Together we've traveled the states following his career in our beloved Marine Corps. This journey has taken us to multiple states, with 9 different places we've called home with our daughters.
What started as a spark, creating for family events ignited into a full blown passion for food art. For me there's no looking back! I LOVE transforming an idea into something that's not only tasty but visually eye catching. You truly do eat with your eyes first, so why not make it fun!
From simple everyday snack boxes to full grazing spreads and beautiful tablescapes, here you'll find your cheesy fix with a twist! With artisian designs & mindful accouterments my goal is to bring your event to life and hopefully wow both you & your guests.
In addition to creating, I love teaching! If you've been wanting to learn how to make your own Charcuterie, join me at Courtyard Bistro where I teach intimate classes full of techniques, bold flavors and lots of laughs. Their Food Lovers Marketplace fills me with inspiration! Every month I curate a class showcasing a variety of cheeses while pairing accoutrements from the marketplace shelves.
