✨Patient Spotlight✨ Meet Bill Leahy. About a year ago, Bill tore his Achilles while attempting to qualify for the 2024 CrossFit Games. Through manual therapy, intrinsic simple strength training, and dynamic strength training, he was not only able to recover but also return to competing.
Bill’s consistency, patience, and commitment to doing things the right way are what made his impressive recovery so successful. He says his motivation is to never let an injury stop him from doing anything. Although he’s been doing CrossFit for about four years now, this will be his first year competing in the CrossFit Games. Bill’s comeback has been amazing to witness and we look forward to cheering him on in August! 💪🏻
