Meet Dr. Louis Passauer—Dr. P to his patients—is a New Orleans native and the owner of Passauer Family Dentistry in Mandeville, Louisiana, where he has been providing trusted, patient-centered care for more than 26 years. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans as a Division I golfer and graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in 1999, serving as class president from sophomore through senior year.
Dr. Passauer is a respected leader in dentistry, a national lecturer for major dental organizations, a Key Opinion Leader for Dentsply Sirona, and Visiting Faculty for CDOCS. His expertise spans digital dentistry, implantology, cone beam imaging, restorative workflows, CAD/CAM, and 3D printing.
Deeply committed to his community, Dr. Passauer has served in youth athletics leadership, volunteered as a high school golf coach, and supported local youth programs. He is married to his wife Susan of 31 years, is the proud father of three sons, and part of a military family with his eldest serving as an Army officer. An avid runner, Dr. P has completed 13 marathons and is among a rare group to complete the Disney D***y Challenge every year since it began.
