-Bunion
-Foot or heel pain
-Plantar fasciitis
-Back pain associated with foot impairment or leg length discrepancy
-Knee or hip pain associated with foot impairment or leg length discrepancy
-Metatarsalgia
-Morton's neuroma
-Leg length discrepancy

Orthotics can be modified for heavy (or heavyweight) usage, athletic/dress shoes or geriatric/diabetic topcovers.
