Dr. Joshua LeBlanc, Dr. Christina Lewis, Dr. Kelsey Manguno and Pediatric Nurse Practitioners Christina Young, Jackie Walter, Mindy Kass, and Collette Wagner have been practicing in the area for the last 12 years and are devoted to providing optimum care from birth thru 18 years old. Please call our clinic to schedule appointments but if this is a medical emergency proceed to the ER or call 911. We utilize an electronic health record enabling us to send your prescriptions electronically and provide efficient patient-centered care through out your visit to our clinic. You will have the ability to update your insurance information, health history, complete certain forms, communicate with nursing staff and REQUEST CLINIC APPOINTMENTS VIA LEBLANC PEDIATRIC PATIENT-PORTAL INTERNET FROM YOUR HOME COMPUTER which is currently under construction.
