This event will be a little different that the usual yoga retreats.
The itinerary is full! We will tour SEVERAL historic homes, mansions and gardens. We will enjoy wine, craft beer, and fine dining. Of course, we will practice yoga each day. We have rented an 1835 Antebellum home that is walking distance to the Mississippi River, downtown attractions and restaurants.
Let us know if you have any questions. $249 deposit holds your spot. Total cost is $777 per person (or save $108 and share a bed with a buddy, each person needs to register and pay a deposit). You will be invoiced for the remaining amount, due by Jan 30th.

We are excited to share some information on our upcoming retreat to Natchez, MS the week of Mardi Gras.
The itinerary is full! We will tour SEVERAL historic homes, mansions and gardens. We will enjoy wine, craft beer, and fine dining. We also have a couple of surprises that we can't tell you about just yet. Wow! What an amazing group of ladies to have join us on our Gulf Shores yoga retreat. The weather tried not to play nice with us, but we pivoted and made the best out of our time together. We enjoyed an amazing dolphin tour that was so much fun, with many playful dolphins waving their fins at us. We crafted macrame earrings and made vision boards. We pulled off a fire 🔥 despite the opposing wind. We dove deep into meditation, the eight limbs of yoga, mudras, and mantras. We also had amazing food and deep conversations.
Can’t wait to do it again.

Registration for the Gulf Shores Retreat will close in one week - Sept 25th. Final payments are also due at that time. We have 2 spots left for anyone who is interested. Save $108 and share a queen sized bed with a friend - each of you would need to register and pay the deposit ($249) and you will be invoiced for the remaining $420, due by Sept 25th. That's $669 for sharing with a friend; or $777 total per individual, bed is in a shared room. So far, we have a lovely group of ladies registered.

We will have a tent and chairs on the beach, a couple of paddleboards, and a couple of double kayaks.
