Attendees at Healthier Northshore’s latest Eat Well, Live Well cooking demonstration got a tasty lesson in heart-healthy cooking on Monday, thanks to Parish Tacos co-owner Michael Leblanc and Chef Will Miles.

Held at the Samaritan Center’s kitchen classroom in Mandeville, the duo guided guests through the steps of making their flavorful (and healthy!) Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Chimichurri.

Seventy years later, the Covington hospital has been joined by more than two dozen other facilities through the health system's service district, which covers Western St. Tammany Parish.
