Ultra Fit
Franco's Ultra Fit Challenge is a 10-week TEAM fitness program designed for those looking to improve their overall fitness levels and test and improve on their Personal Best through structured training sessions and weekly fitness challenges. If your primary goal is to be stronger, improve cardiovascular endurance and body fat %, then this is the program for you!
Ultra Fit includes 2 days of small group training with your trainer and 1 day a specialty class/group exercise class/nutrition seminar or Challenge. Participants receive up to 9 InBody assessments. Prizes awarded to individuals (male/female in each age division) for body composition improvement AND for the 4 challenges during the program PLUS another prize for the FIRST PLACE team for the final team challenge (female division and coed division).
-Small groups meet with a personal trainer two times every week!
-Specialty Classes such as Boxing, CrossFit, TRX, Cardio Tennis, Zone 30 all included!
-Challenges every other week with leaderboards posted
-InBody Body Composition Assessments and leaderboard every 3 weeks.
-Support and accountability from your team and trainer.
