FAQ Friday 🐾 | Mandeville Animal Hospital
❓ How often should my pet be vaccinated?
Marley is here to help answer this 🐶
Clear answer:
• Puppies and kittens: Vaccinated every 3–4 weeks until around 16 weeks old
• Adult pets: Booster vaccines every year or every 1–3 years, depending on the vaccine and lifestyle
In some cases, Mandeville Animal Hospital may recommend vaccine titers instead of automatically revaccinating. Titers measure your pet’s immunity and help determine if a booster is truly needed.
Every pet is different. We tailor vaccine plans based on age, health, lifestyle, and risk—always with your pet’s best interest in mind 💉🐾
