At our pediatric urgent care, we are committed to offering compassionate care 365 days per year for ages 0-21 years. As parents and providers, we know children do not get illnesses or injuries on a time schedule, but instead often need prompt, quality management despite the time of day. Keeping this in mind, Your Local Pediatrics on Demand (P.O.D.) Tammany Parish and surrounding areas a pediatric-focused urgent care serving children from birth to twenty-one years of age 365 days per year after routine business hours. As an additional convenience, walk- ins are also welcomed! Our services include treating minor illnesses to fractures in a kid-friendly environment. Your Local P.O.D. is owned and operated by local pediatric providers who are passionate about providing care in the community they love. Come see us today!

YOUR LOCAL POD will be open on Christmas Eve from 9AM-3PM, but closed on Christmas Day to celebrate with our loved ones. Don't worry- we will be back with extended hours on December 26th from 10 AM-8 PM.

This flu season has brought record numbers of patients to our doors, and our dedicated team is working harder than ever to ensure everyone receives the care they need. While the increased demand may result in some delays in wait times and appointment availability, please know that we are doing everything possible to provide timely and quality care to all. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this busy time. Please know that we are truly grateful for your trust in us as we navigate this season together.

As always, we see ages 0-21 years of age. We accept all private insurance, Louisiana Medicaid, Tricare, and also offer an affordable self-pay option!
