SUCCESS STORY:

Glenn came in with low back pain which started and progressively worsened during a round of golf. He attempted many treatments prior to PT including an injection, steroid pack, and KT tape with little to no relief. His treatment plan focused on improving rotational motion as well as core and paraspinal strength/stabilization throughout his full range of motion. Glenn worked hard and is now back to pain free golf without any issues. Thank you for always bringing a great attitude to PT! Great job and good luck with the golf game/ tournaments!

SUCCESS STORY:

Micah came in with shoulder pain following surgery to repair a torn labrum. Upon arrival to PT, he was unable to work (waiter), play sports, workout, or shoot his rifle. Following working to eliminate pain and regain full motion, we focused on building strength/stability (especially in overhead positions). Micah was dedicated to the rehab process in therapy as well as through his home exercise program. He is now back to all activities without issue and stronger than he was prior to the initial injury. You were an absolute pleasure to treat and great job throughout this process! Thank you for trusting us with your care and good luck with welding school!

We recently discharged Ms. Kathy following her knee replacement. She is a “frequent flyer” that we have had the opportunity to treat for multiple surgeries. She is always a ray of positivity and fun to treat. Not only did she dress like a witch on Halloween, but she does a pretty spot on wicked witch of the west impersonation. We will miss you Ms. Kathy, but are glad you are back to your usual activities!

We are excited to announce that we are scheduling patients for our Madisonville clinic! Call us at (985)206-9017 to schedule an appointment on our opening date, November 3. We would like to introduce the IPT Madisonville Clinic Director, Danielle Sabathe Lawrence. Danielle has been an important part of our team for 3.5 years, and is looking forward to the opportunity to treat the Madisonville area! She is a Northshore native and licensed physical therapist with a Doctorate from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University. She earned her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where she also played collegiate soccer. Danielle finds passion in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, and enjoys coaching local soccer. She and her husband, John Robert, live in Covington.
