Sarah Adams, LMT, owner of 5 Point Massage, will be bringing her healing touch and enthusiasm for all things wellness to Cleanse Medspa! Sarah is moving in and will be independently providing massage and Reiki sessions Saturday & Sunday by appointment.

She brings 10 years of experience, specializing in Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy.

Here’s more from Sarah: “I've had a passion for massage therapy since I was a little girl. At just 10 years old, I loved setting up spa days for my grandmother and mom, finding joy in helping them relax and feel cared for. In my early 20s, I made the decision to turn that passion into a career, becoming a licensed massage therapist. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of working in both the metro area and the Northshore, helping clients with pain management, relaxation, and overall well-being."

Did you know Pelican Park has a nature club with free events for the public to attend and learn!?

Join the Pelican Park Nature Club at Tandem tonight (7/23) for a social hour followed by a presentation titled "Creatures of the Night" from Bill Wimley, Northshore naturalist and Tulane Professor.

Discover the hidden world that awakens after sunset. In this photographic presentation, Bill Wimley showcases how an illuminated white sheet can attract a stunning array of moths, beetles, and other nocturnal insects—offering a rare glimpse into the rich biodiversity that comes alive after dark.

There will be a companion field trip to Northlake Nature Center on 7/26 to look for some of the nocturnal insects that we will learn about!

Social hour from 5:30-6:30pm; presentation from 6:30-7:15.
Tandem Coffee and Cocktails is a full-service restaurant and bar with happy hour from 3-6pm! We are located at 424 Girod Street in Old Mandeville.
