Our first of many Yoga and Soundbaths offered at the Ponchatrain Yacht Club in Mandeville. Then, immerse yourself in the tranquil vibrations of a healing soundbath. Let the resonant tones of crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments wash over you, guiding you into a state of profound peace and harmony. This class is perfect for all levels, especially those seeking a gentle approach to well-being and a blissful escape from the everyday. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, restored, and completely renewed.Join us on Saturday morning at 9 am at the Yacht Club right off the lake in Mandeville. $25

This will be a 75 min class without the educational aspect. There will be movement to stimulate our lymphatic system followed by TRE.
To attend, you must’ve already taken a TRE Workshop or have previous experience with TRE.
