Our first of many Yoga and Soundbaths offered at the Ponchatrain Yacht Club in Mandeville. Let the resonant tones of crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments wash over you, guiding you into a state of profound peace and harmony. This class is perfect for all levels, especially those seeking a gentle approach to well-being and a blissful escape from the everyday. This will be a 75 min class without the educational aspect. There will be movement to stimulate our lymphatic system followed by TRE.
To attend, you must’ve already taken a TRE Workshop or have previous experience with TRE.
