Just spent another week in Phoenix studying Level 2 of Fascia Stretch Therapy! This was an eye opening week and I’m excited to get back home and start incorporating the new techniques I’ve learned.

I was fortunate enough to have a couple NFL clients in the area that allowed me to practice on them & we were able to make some positive changes to chronic issues they were having within their bodies.

This work is subtle, but powerful & I can’t wait for yall to try it out.

I’m grateful for the knowledge I’ve gained and also for the new relationships I’ve made in the industry!

Due to the cold creeping in over night and potential road freezes we will be opening tomorrow, Monday 1/26 at noon! We want to give the sun a chance to melt some of the ice so that the roads are safe for our therapists to drive on.
