The love/hate relationship with is so real.
It’s a balance between effort and ease, and as a genuinely NOT bendy person in the upper back and shoulders, there’s a lot of effort happening to not compensate in the hips and low back, let go in the neck and upper shoulders. Breathe through it. So many reminders not to hold my breath. And the feeling after….so good and open. It’s not perfect, but ok tell me what is?
