Attention Blue Cross/Express Scripts patients. If you received a letter stating your pharmacy is no longer in contract and can only get at preferred pharmacies listed , it is a deceptive practice used by the PBM. We are in contract and most copays have not changed. Please check with YOUR preferred pharmacy before “having to move your meds “. Also contact your legislators and state dept of insurance to report these tactics.
