The foods they love đź’— The support you love!

WIC helps you bring home fresh fruits, veggies, and more that make mealtime easier.
WIC is available to pregnant women, breastfeeding moms, infants, and children up to age 5—and that means dads and caregivers can apply too! WIC helps ensure our youngest Oklahomans get a strong start with healthy food, support, and resources.

Plus, there are many convenient locations where you can apply!

Signs and symptoms are ways the body lets you know that you have an injury, illness, or disease. Signs and symptoms of cancer depend on where the cancer is, how big it is, and how much it affects nearby organs or tissues. If a cancer has spread, signs or symptoms may appear in different parts of the body.

This month, we celebrate parents for the powerful role they play. Not just in their families, but in building stronger, healthier communities. Parent leadership creates space for parents’ voices to be heard, valued, and respected, while encouraging growth, connection, and confidence.

Understanding dementia starts with seeing the world through a different lens.

Our Community Engagement team recently completed a Virtual Dementia Tour—an immersive experience that helps participants feel what daily life can be like for people living with dementia.

Thanks to OSDH Central Office for bringing this powerful training. It strengthened our empathy, sharpened our awareness, and deepened our commitment to supporting individuals across our communities.

If your organization, clinic, church, or community group wants to host a Virtual Dementia Tour, our Health Education Department can help. Learn more at https://brnw.ch/SelfReferral
