How imbalanced energy effects on one’s health
According TCM, the normal physiological activities of human body rely on the normal circulation of Qi(vital energy). The vital energy classified into Yin and Yang, those two opposite forces are in control and support relationships to perform the functions together. When the balance were disturbed, it would be lead to health issues. As the imbalance continues, the excess and deficiency of Yin and Yang can be coexist to be a difficult case.
The common symptoms:
Each individual is different depending on how much Yin and Yang are imbalanced, physical conditions and the age.
Dry mouth or eyes, headaches or migraines, upset chest, palpitations, anxiety, flushes or rashes face, acne or pimples…
Uncomfortable or painful stomach, gastric distention, diarrhea or loose stool or constipation, fatigue or weakness, shortness of breath, lack of mental vigor…
Low back pain or sore, abdominal discomfort, cold limbs especially on legs and feet…
