how to SPRING BREAK Daily-style:

•work out in the am: find the gym, or a walking path. Hit the ocean for a swim or som beach yoga. Whatever it is, carve out at least 30 min for YOU to move.

•start CLEAN: get a good, complete breakfast in. You can still wait to eat a bit later, just make sure you’re getting in solid protein and quality bites.

•sandwich the booze: if you want to drink, be sure to alternate between water and spritz.

•speaking of spritzing, keep it LIGHT in color and BASIC in ingredients. Mixing and having tons of juices will lead to a bad headache, upset gut and feeling icky overall.

•pick your ā€œtreatā€. Instead of hitting the bread basket, fried apps, pasta then dessert, intentionally pick one place you want to enjoy and be present for. You don’t have to go all in on every course. Enjoying one different option will not mess up your progress or wreck your day

•wear the suit! No one’s judging you (no one cares truly!) enjoy your time with your loved ones!

If we could give you just ONE clean carb to feast on, it would be SWEET POTATOES!

If you have time, cut them in half, spray with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper. Then throw in the oven at 400* for 30 min. Pull them out, flip over, spray again and BROIL to 1.5 minutes!

Short on time? Pierce a bunch of times with a knife, wrap in a paper towel and microwave for 6 minutes. Take out, slice open, spray with olive oil spray and add salt and pep.

So clean! So filling! So good!
