Happy Friday! I typically don’t like taking pics without a shirt on, but I’m trying to get wedding ready so I need some motivation! There has been lots of celebrating since the engagement 💍🎉 and I haven’t been in my healthiest habits. So about a month ago, I told myself, at least 5 minutes of pilates when I’m in the studio. My core strength has already started to come back! Imagine doing full sessions a few times a week ;) So here’s my starting point. 7 months to go!
