There is something powerful about kind, intentional touch. So many people are carrying stress, tension, and the weight of life. Sometimes a thoughtful hand on the shoulder, a steadying assist, or feeling genuinely supported can say what words cannot. 🤍
Hands-on assisting is not about forcing a pose or trying to “fix” anyone. It’s about learning how to support the body, create space, and help someone experience the practice in a deeper way. It can bring more awareness, more ease, and more connection for the student and for the teacher.
Our Hands-On Adjustments Training with Megan is a chance to learn that language of touch with skill and integrity. Rooted in consent, anatomy, presence, and care, this training will help you better understand the body, refine your eye, and offer support in ways that feel safe and meaningful.
We begin next week at The Loft. If this speaks to you, come join us. ✨
