We offer Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Katonah Yoga, Pilates, and more on the daily. Our ocean front studio is now open and offering between 4-7 daily virtual and in person classes as well as OUTDOOR classes! We are an inclusive studio welcoming to EVERY BODY!

What is SoulCollage®?
SoulCollage® is a powerful, intuitive art process where we create personal collaged cards using found images. Each card reflects a different part of your inner self, offering insight, healing, and connection. It’s less about making something beautiful and more about uncovering something true.

Through meditation, music, photos, stories, and maybe a little wine, we’ll listen to our intuition, connect with our inner voice, and find support in community.

Note: this is not vision boarding!
It’s deeper, more personal, and completely guided by YOU.

✨ No art experience needed—just your curiosity and a willingness to explore.
