It is one of the busiest times of year for most. Since it is also considered the season of giving, we wanted to take this moment to remind you that you are also important in this time.

Do not give all to others and leave yourself nothing. Give yourself time to rest and give grace for yourself when you feel like you are being hard on yourself. Take these moments to appreciate how amazing you are and gift yourself many moments of self-care. 🎁

As we approach this week of traveling, spending time with friends and family, and lots of food...we just want to take a moment to remind you of how amazing all of you are.

Being labeled "family" is never an obligation to tolerate toxic behavior from someone. So focus on what your needs are this week to remain mentally and emotionally safe in relationships and settle for nothing less.
