Happy National Peanut Butter Lovers Day! đŸ„œ Here are a few quick nutrition facts about one of the most popular pantry staples:

đŸ„œ 2 tablespoons = ~7g protein

đŸ„œ Rich in monounsaturated fats (heart-supportive)

đŸ„œ Contains vitamin E, magnesium, and niacin

đŸ„œ Naturally dairy-free and plant-based

đŸ„œ Shelf-stable and versatile

Ingredient tip: the simplest jars contain just peanuts + salt.

Peanut butter can be used in smoothies, sauces, oatmeal, yogurt bowls, marinades, or paired with fruit for a balanced snack.

Today’s only real question: Smooth or crunchy?

Sleep support doesn’t start at bedtime—it starts with the choices you make throughout the day.

What and when you eat can directly impact how well your body winds down at night. From nutrients that support the nervous system to simple habits like pulling back on caffeine earlier in the day, these small shifts add up.

This isn’t about strict rules or doing everything “right.”
It’s about giving your body the support it needs to rest more deeply and wake up feeling better.

👉 If better sleep is something you’re working toward, save this and come back to it tonight. And if you know someone who’s always tired but can’t seem to sleep, send this their way.

We talk a lot about skincare, but what you eat matters just as much đŸ„đŸ‰đŸ«

Think of nutrition as part of your skincare routine. Hydrating foods, antioxidant-rich options, healthy fats, and collagen-supporting nutrients all help nourish your skin from the inside out.

What you put on your plate can support hydration, glow, and overall skin health in ways products alone can’t.

Swipe through to see how you can start “eating your skincare” and feeding your skin from within ✹ Which is your favorite?

We’re often taught to look for the fix outside of ourselves, the right supplement, the next routine, the perfect diet change. And while those things can absolutely support your health, they’re not the whole story 👇

If you’re constantly feeling stuck or burnt out, it might not be because you’re doing something “wrong.”

Sometimes it’s because there’s deeper work that hasn’t been given space yet, the thoughts you carry, the stress you hold, the emotions you push aside 🧠

Wellness isn’t just about what you add to your plate or your routine. It’s also about tending to your mind and your heart with the same care. This perspective shift changed everything for me.

There’s a lot of nutrition advice out there, and not all of it is accurate đŸ„—

Happy National Banana Bread Day 🍌🍞

A fun nutrition fact while we’re here: Bananas are rich in vitamin B6, which supports energy metabolism and brain health, and they contain potassium, an electrolyte that helps with muscle function and hydration. They also add natural sweetness—no moral judgment required.

Now for my not-so-secret secret
When I want banana bread that actually tastes amazing and aligns with real-life wellness, I reach for GoNanas (go_nanas)!

Their mixes are:
✔ plant-based
✔ gluten-free
✔ made with simple, recognizable ingredients
✔ and somehow still bakery-level delicious

This is my go-to when I want something cozy, nourishing, and easy
because wellness CAN and SHOULD include banana bread. Especially today.

If you’re celebrating too, tell me: plain, chocolate chip, or warmed up with a little butter? đŸŒđŸ€

đŸ«đŸŒ Chocolate Dipped Frozen Bananas with CoconutđŸ„„

A simple, feel-good treat that both kids and adults love—and yes, it actually satisfies a sweet tooth without overthinking it 😋 Best part? Just 4 (or 5!) ingredients.

✅ œ cup semisweet chocolate chips
✅ 1 tsp coconut oilïżœâœ… 3 bananas, cut in half
✅ coconut shreds, optionalïżœâœ… 6 popsicle sticks

Bananas 🍌 are rich in potassium, which supports muscle function and healthy blood pressure, plus fiber to help with digestion and satiety.

Semisweet chocolate đŸ« contains antioxidants that support heart health—and let’s be honest, a little chocolate can do wonders for your mood.

Coconut oil đŸ„„ adds a subtle hint of flavor and provides healthy fats, including MCTs, which are a quick source of energy.

This is one of those snacks that feels nostalgic, fun, and easy—perfect for warmer days, after-dinner treats, or when you want something sweet without turning it into a whole thing đŸ«âœš

Reducing salt doesn’t mean your food has to taste bland 🧂❌

Most of the time, it just means letting herbs do more of the heavy lifting đŸŒżđŸŒ±

Fresh and dried herbs add depth, brightness, and real flavor to meals—without relying on excess sodium. As a bonus, they bring along antioxidants and micronutrients that actually support your health ✹

This isn’t about cutting salt out completely.
It’s about using it more intentionally and building flavor in smarter ways 👌

👉 Swipe for simple ways to use more herbs and less salt in everyday cooking—nothing fancy, just habits you can actually keep as tools in your toolbox đŸ‘©â€đŸł

Because food can be nourishing and delicious đŸ€

Okay, hear me out.
Rest is actually kind of
 hot.

Not in a “do nothing ever” way.
In a “you’re calmer, clearer, and not running on fumes” way.

When you’re rested, everything feels easier.
You’re not snapping at people.
Your body feels better.
You show up more like yourself.

Sleep isn’t giving up the fun stuff.
Taking breaks isn’t falling behind.
It’s how you stop feeling like you’re constantly catching up.

So if you’re tired and feeling guilty about it
don’t be.
Go rest. That is the move.

Anyway. If this is your sign to get in bed earlier tonight—take it.

Self-growth isn’t about changing everything at once, it’s about building a rhythm you can come back to đŸ€

The habits you choose, how consistently you show up, the balance you allow yourself, and the routines you lean on all play a role in how supported you feel.

When things start to feel off, it’s usually a sign that one of those pieces needs a little attention, not that you’re failing ❌

Focus on creating habits that feel realistic, routines that support your life, and balance that gives you room to breathe. That’s where real, lasting growth happens đŸ€
