We are honored to support our local veterans by partnering with VFW Post 1786.

The Buddy Poppy stands as a living symbol of sacrifice, remembrance, and hope. Inspired by the poppies that grew on the battlefields of World War I, each flower is carefully assembled by disabled and hospitalized veterans. Through this simple red bloom, we honor those who gave their lives, remember those who still bear the scars of service, and extend compassion to their families.

Every donation given for a Buddy Poppy directly supports vital relief efforts, veteran care, and community programs—ensuring that the legacy of service and sacrifice is never forgotten.

Hello!
I am the founder of Sacred Healings in 2015.

My journey has been one of service spanning over 43 years—first as a Gulf War Veteran and Army Medic, then as a Paramedic, and now as a spiritual teacher and healer.
Guided by both medicine and spirit, I have walked beside others through pain, renewal, and transformation.

As a Reiki Grand Master XVIII and Doctor of Divinity, I offer Sacred Healings as a sanctuary of light, balance, and compassionto all who are seeking—especially for my fellow veterans. This is where my path as warrior and healer become one.

I was reading up on chronic Venous Insufficiency and found a great study. In post-menopausal women a study was done using Myofascial Release combined with kinesotherapy over 10 weeks to improve symptoms of CVI. Results showed improvement in basal metabolism, intracelluar water shifting, diastolic blood pressure venous blood flow velocity, pain, and emotional benefit. Conclusion: if you have edema, pain with walking, varicose veins, and other symptoms of CVI, myofascial massage is probably an excellent adjunctive therapy. (Medscape article)
