Just reminiscing about the amazing Bastille Day Celebration in NYC! 🇫🇷

We had such a wonderful time last Monday, July 14th, at Hrbek Law’s lively party. The vibe on their 22nd-floor terrace was fantastic, with yummy French food and great company all around. A real highlight? Definitely NYC Soul Man Bobby Harden’s incredible performance, which had everyone grooving from 6 to 9 PM!

We were so glad to be part of this fun celebration alongside some truly wonderful people, including His Highness , the legendary Terry King from The Drifters, our brilliant friend and sleep expert , the awesome folks from , and the fabulous .rubis of The Rubis Show! It was a night filled with good vibes and celebrating French culture in style. ✨

Still thinking about The Art of Living Well event with AIWA Greater NY from last week, and honestly, my heart feels so full! ✨

What a night that was. I keep replaying all the incredible conversations we had, from getting real about finances and opening up about sexual health, to learning about sleep apnea, exploring aesthetic medicine, and sharing stress management strategies that actually work.

But what’s sticking with me most? The energy from all the men and women who showed up. The thoughtful questions, the genuine curiosity, the way everyone was so engaged and ready to dive deep…it was absolutely beautiful to witness.

There’s something really powerful about being in a room full of men and women who are committed to living their best lives and supporting each other along the way. As part of the AIWA Greater NY community, I’m still feeling so grateful for the connections we made and the conversations we sparked that night.

It’s moments like these that remind me why this work matters so much. Already excited about what’s next for our amazing community! 😉
