While I have your attention:

One of my favorite hobbies is volunteering at our local animal shelter. As much as I want ALL THE DOGS, I can't responsibly adopt another sweet bean so I'm doing everything in my power to help them find their furever homes!

Mocha is my bestie and one of the longest residents at Prairie Paws Animal Shelter - Manhattan KS. She is an absolute dream and as much as I love hanging out with her, it breaks my heart every time I see that she's still there. She is the world's greatest snuggle buddy, is always down for an adventure, and at only 36 pounds would be an ideal companion for someone who lives in an apartment!

Now that Spring Break is almost over, you may find yourself wishing you had a furry friend to keep you company when the kids go back to school and boy oh boy do I have the dog for you!

Enano is the chillest guy in town. If you want to play, he'll play all day. If you're more of a couch potato, he loves that idea. He gets along beautifully with anyone and everyone and currently volunteers as another pup's emotional support animal.

Don't let his age scare you! I was SHOOK when I learned how old he is. He acts like a much younger dog and I would've guessed he was closer to four or five until I saw his paperwork.

Second only to Mocha, Enano is my favorite resident of Prairie Paws and I would love nothing more than to see him find his retirement home in time to enjoy spring!

Captain's Log, Day 239028342:

I haven't died yet, but I've definitely taken more than one nap at the breakroom table. Cooper made tortellini so everyone's spirits are high (except mine because I'm gluten intolerant). Anne sent dog pictures from her vacation, Amber has confirmed that she will likely be back next week -- I can see the light at the end of this tunnel.

Or maybe I'm hallucinating from too many RedBulls.

If you've been around for any period of time, you probably know that our vacuums have names. In the words of the great Mike Wazowski, "once you name it, you start getting attached to it!" (for those who need a refresher: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GsPGo_VGvT8). We've learned over the years that the more attachment someone has to an item, the more inclined they are to take care of it.

Our current vacuums have names like:
- Hot Dog Man
- John Cena
- Banana Choo Choo
- Sally Sparkles
- Wade Watts
- Big Boy PC

We've recently acquired another Titan3200 and can't settle on a name we like, so we need your help! Submit name suggestions in the comments and our team members will vote on them at our next staff meeting.

If your submission is chosen, DJ will personally design a terrible social media post thanking you and probably also give you a crisp high five!

YALL READY FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA TAKEOVER?!

Amber and Anne are both out next week, which means DJ is single-handedly in charge of the office. Assisted by her sweet fi·an·cé Cooper, she will be slinging dad jokes, misusing commas, and inappropriately posting memes on the company page. Or ya know, she'll be super busy and forget all about it.

We are expanding our team again, and looking for a new team member to start in mid-March to early April. The ideal candidate will have great customer service experience and crave routine as much as our customers and we do :)

We still have availability for one-time deep cleans and move out cleans. One time Deep cleans are a 4 week lead time, move out cleans are 1-2.

For biweekly or weekly, we have three slots available for small apartments or "partial home" cleans only. This is literally all the recurring availability I have until I hire again and y'all know I'm picky.

WHAT COUNTS AS A PARTIAL HOME?
✅One to two dry rooms (bedroom, living room, dining room, office)
✅One to one and a half bathrooms
✅One kitchen
