Weight-loss should not feel stifling, confusing, overwhelming, or all-consuming.
Here’s a little peak behind the scenes of my clients, who are losing weight AND loving life, at the same time…
🔥 They are saying yes to dinners, events, and parties - because they are not afraid of calorie-dense restaurant meals, they know how to enjoy without sabotaging
🔥 They are not counting calories or macros, because they prefer to think about food as delicious, energizing, and nourishing - and not as a math problem.
🔥 They are not afraid to eat fat or carbs – because they truly understand how crucial both nutrients are for their hormone health, their energy, their brain health, and their sustained weight-loss.
— Resist the urge for quick-fix – and instead focus on what your body truly needs to lose weight and feel good:
▪️Focus on protein, veggies, and heathy fats for each meal
▪️Eat regularly throughout the day (~every 3-4 hours)
▪️Drink more water (1/2 your body wt in ounces/day)
Then, Eat. Enjoy. Stay consistent
These are the nutrition basics – practice them.
Resist the need to follow the latest fad diet
Resist the allure of the shiny s*t
