As the end of the year approaches, the pressure to do more often gets louder — especially for mums and women.

But this season doesn’t have to be held together by over-functioning, self-sacrifice, or pushing through exhaustion.

Letting go might look like simplifying.
Saying no.
Resting without earning it.

Rest doesn’t take away from Christmas — it helps your body and nervous system feel safe enough to actually be present.

You’re allowed to choose what this season looks like.
You’re allowed to protect your energy.
You’re allowed to let some things be easy.
