We are looking for a motivated individual who has successfully completed a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy program. The therapist can perform professional massage to clients with a variety of different modalities depending on different needs. The therapist should be good at interpersonal communications, time management, and sales and customer services. Two years or more of experience in massage therapy is preferred, but not required. Duties and responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in /out clients, answering phone calls, making appointments, organizing files for billing and client records, responding to all client inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
Skills and qualifications:
Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with clients, and other employees. Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly. Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day. Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with clients. Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all clients.
