Just a few photos of the incredible vegan food at Mono in Glasgow, Scotland! They had a wide variety of food to choose from but we had to try the Haggis burger (made with lentils), blood pudding (seitan) and fish and chips (tofu) - all vegan and went good with a hard cider. All great but the mac and cheese was next level! So were the gyro chips (fries topped with a deconstructed seitan gyro). We also recommend you try the apple cake with ice cream and little vegan honeycomb bits.

SO GOOD! Total joy.

Hey Australian Vegans! (I'm not going to say G'Day - sorry. I just feels like I'd be trying to hard. But enjoy this vegan Greek food at DT's Hotel! It looks amazing.)
