“I always start things and don’t finish.”

I hear this all the time. I get it. I really do, because its something I used to say too..

It’s one of the first things the women I work with say to me usually quietly, almost as a confession. And every time, I pause. Because I know this isn’t who she is.

It’s a pattern she’s practiced so long, it started to feel like identity. A loop from the limited version of herself ; that’s just the limited version of you ... the one who got you this far. she’s done her part. she’s not who you’re becoming.

✨My work is seeing those loops and reflecting back a different truth.

So we rewire. We reprogram. Not the old story she’s been repeating but who she’s actually becoming.

Here’s the optimal strategy I walk them through:

→ Core values — your inner compass → Intentions — what directs your RAS → Boundaries — the sacred shape of your yes → Clarity on your desires .. not should, soul → Rhythm + time blocking & a rhythm your nervous system can finally exhale in.

And then there’s always a moment where something clicks. She stops identifying with the pattern and starts choosing differently. And everything begins to shift.

4 things to do when you’re feeling stuck

1. Feel it → then move it
Acknowledge what’s there… then shift it.
Stuck energy needs movement. Walk, stretch, change your environment.

2. Break the isolation
Say it out loud.
Let someone reflect back what you can’t see clearly right now.

3. Shift into service
Help someone. Offer your attention.
Getting out of your head expands your perspective.

4. Clear the noise
Write it out no filter, no editing.
Clarity comes from space, not overthinking.
