Last year, I decided I need to be more consistent with my exercise routine. I committed to twenty minutes in the gym every day. It doesn’t sound like much, but after a few months, it became as routine as brushing my teeth and now, I not only exercise almost every day, but I actually enjoy it. Small, attainable and repetitive behaviors are the best way to institute longterm health changes. Wishing you balance and ease with your wellness goals in 2026!
