This past weekend was one for the books! The United Black Voices Gospel Choir had our very first performance since the new start-up at the Yuma Street Cultural Center Launching, and the energy was AMAZING!! This is just the beginning, and we can't wait to see where this journey takes us. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported - We're just getting started!

What an amazing concert! We would just like to thank everyone who took the time out to Jam with us. Special thanks to our performers Jahvelle Rhone, Desmund Weathers, Zanaiya Peebles and to our head liner Jelly Rose. You all made this concert successful. We thank God for you. Also huge thanks to UPC for helping us organize this night. We weren't able to record a video but pictures are coming soon. The Lord answered our prayers tonight for sure.

If you haven't heard already, KSU ACDA will be hosting Mr. Curtis Gulledge, a specialist in spiritual and gospel music, to clinic students of KSU. Mr. Gulledge is the current director of a gospel choir in Orlando, and has performed for numerous people, such as President Barack Obama, Edwin Hawkins, The Clark Sisters and Dr. Bobby Jones. United Black Voices will be a sponsor of these events. He has also agreed to have a masterclass clinician with our choir this Wednesday, March 15 during our regular rehearsal time at 7pm. If you think you could benefit we would love to see you there!
