💚 Building Stronger Communities Together 💚

This week, we’re celebrating two powerful steps toward wellness in our region:

🌟 Cloud County Community College hosted QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training with staff and community members, equipping more people to recognize the warning signs of su***de and connect others with help.

🌟 Staff from Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems completed Self-Care Training today, investing in their own well-being so they can continue providing the best care for others.

Every training completed adds strength, hope, and resilience to our communities. Thank you to all who took part!
