Both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are powerful tools for managing mental health—but they work in different ways.

CBT helps you identify and change harmful thought patterns, while DBT focuses on managing intense emotions, staying present, and building relationship skills through mindfulness and validation.

Not sure which one’s right for you or your clients? Our latest blog breaks it down clearly so you can feel confident in your next steps toward healing. 💡✨
