He’s a Ta**us ♉️ born in the year of the Ox 🐂 which means he brings peaceful vibes only. He’s basically a built-in stress reliever for your shopping trip!

Nickey joined the eye care world in 2022 and brings so much fantastic knowledge to our team. When she’s not keeping things running smoothly at the front desk, you’ll probably find her getting lost in a good book (or ten) 📚, watching Minecraft videos, or enjoying walks and time outside with her son.🌳

𝘍𝘶𝘯 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘵: Nickey was once studying speech pathology, so communication and care have always been close to her heart. ❤️

Originally from Emmett, KS, Dr. Nelson is a proud K-State Wildcat 💜 who earned her doctorate from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. She’s been married to her husband, Bryon, for 10 years, and together they have two beautiful kids (not that we’re biased or anything 😉).

Dr. Nelson founded 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝 with a vision (pun intended): to create a space where 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, and 𝘴𝘵𝘺𝘭𝘦 intersect with exceptional healthcare. After all, everyone needs eye care—so why not make it a little fun?
