The Manhattan Community Christmas Dinner will be here before you know it! We still need just a few more volunteers in the kitchen and on the day before to help everything run smoothly.

Are you familiar with the kitchen at St. Thomas More in Manhattan? We would especially love your help with set up on Christmas Eve and to help direct kitchen traffic on Christmas Day!

It is with great sadness that we share the news that Dr. Lan Ly passed away this Saturday peacefully surrounded by her loving family. She will leave a large void and we will cherish the memories we had with she and her family while she was here at CenterPointe. Her kindness, compassionate care, joyful demeanor, and warm smile will be deeply missed by many.

Her family has requested individuals please post and write messages on the obituary website as those messages will be something her son and family will read in the future to remember how much Lan was loved and cherished. Thank you.

Due to the inclement weather, CenterPointe will be closing early today, February 18th, at 3:30pm for employees to travel home safely. We always have a provider on call for acute needs who can be reached through the office number.

Due to the extreme winter weather, our office will be CLOSED MONDAY JANUARY 6th. If you are scheduled for an appointment tomorrow, one of our staff members will be reaching out to you today.

As we observe Veteran’s Day this week we celebrate and give gratitude to all our veterans, especially those who are patients of ours, spouses of employees, employees in our clinic, and Dr. Kyle Platz! Thank you for your service!🇺🇸👏

Lots of changes at Centerpointe over the fall that we wanted to share with you….

We said “goodbye” to our nurse, Sam, in October as she moved with her family out of state. Patients in her next job are very lucky!

Dr. Herl officially retired in October after 36 years of practice! Congratulations Dr. Herl, and thank you for your years of service. You will be missed! We are grateful to have his nurse, Shauna, staying with the Centerpointe team!

Our PA, Cheyanne, gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in October! Everyone is doing well. We are so excited to welcome another member of the Centerpointe family! We will see Cheyanne back at the first of the year as their family adjusts to the new baby.

Dr. Chase was surprised with an AMWA Inspire Award this fall. Given on behalf of the American Medical Women’s Association to 27 individuals around the country. To learn more you can read here,
