Hope is a 50-bed, not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center nestled in the beautiful countryside of Manheim, Pennsylvania. Hope has provided outstanding care for all seniors and those with special needs regardless of age, gender, race or
religion, finances, or the ability to cover costs of care. First established as the Dunkard Brethren Church Home in 1969 to serve the needs of the
church and local community, Mt. Hope continues a rich tradition of resident-centered
care. We offer dignity and hope to people on fixed, low incomes with limited resources, as well as providing
full nursing and rehabilitation-to-home programs. Today, with a ministry connection to Ephrata Grace Point Church of the Nazarene, our vision extends to services where excellent
care is given and health goals are achieved. Hope is a warm, friendly place where no senior goes unserved!
